Just Hank's Cafe & Coffee Shop

This is the only place I get coffee from in the county. Highly professional in a comfortable and laid back way which is an art in itself. Not only are you met with with amazing service, but the coffee is the best in the business. I have to say, they do not just sell coffee, they sell true and authentic character. Just Hank's is absolutely a keystone business to the fabric of our community through their love and giving to those who culminate it. When it comes to Just Hank's, coffee is community.

My teenager and I had been wanting to try this coffee for a long time. Due to our schedules, we couldn't catch Hank before he closed. Got lucky today, in town early and worth the wait! Lol We both got Mocha frappes and he had butternut squash soup that I bought to take to my mom. The coffee tastes like real, rich coffee (not watered down, weak like some) and Mom said the soup was to die for! Hank was so very nice and we hope to catch him again!! What a wonderful experience all the way around.

Outstanding coffee – I simply get two shots over ice so I can enjoy the flavor of the superbly roasted coffee. As friendly and enjoyable as it gets – my kids want to "go see Hank" even though they are way too young to drink coffee :) – feels like a long-time friend after just a few visits.

Just Hanks has the best coffee! Owner is very nice, and has a really positive energy. I go out of my way to get coffee from here, it’s just night and day compared to anywhere else!

By far the best coffee in Washington!! Hank and his wife are just the sweetest! Honestly a gem in this town. The coffee actually tastes like coffee—smooth, rich, and never overly sweet or artificial. You can tell they care about the quality and craft in every cup!! I love Hanks! It has real depth—bold, balanced, and always consistently good. You can count on every cup tasting the same high quality, which is so rare these days. It’s the kind of place where you can actually taste the care that goes into what they do.

Hands down, best coffee around. Great selection, good prices and the most friendly service I've encountered! Definitely making Just Hanks my go to for coffee.

Big shout-out to Just Hank's for being mine and Dylan’s little Thursday morning date spot. I always look forward to Thursdays when Dylan is off. We pack up the kids, they nap in the car, and we get our coffee fix. Hank always greets us with a big smile, a good laugh, and even some wisdom here and there . It’s not very common anymore to find a business that truly takes the time to say hi and have a real conversation with you. That’s what makes Hank and his wife Melanie so different. When you’re around them, it feels like time slows down. A moment I’ll never forget was when they were set up at Mercy Washington on the day I delivered Ava. Dylan brought me a coffee in the hospital, and all the nurses were talking about how much they love Hank and Melanie and how they look forward to them coming each week, going floor by floor delivering orders. That says everything right there. The best coffee! Hank and his wife are super nice and friendly. I go every Monday as a special treat to myself to start my week. The iced coffee and frappes are my favorites. When I get there he already knows what I want. Also the muffins are amazing! Thank you for being my Monday morning pick-me-up!
